本文通过分析柏林Media Spree滨河区域的特殊历史背景在复兴中的不同角色,针对"过渡功能"概念和特征进行讨论,阐释此理念在复兴过程中的重要作用,及其与区域发展其他力量之间的关系和所面临的挑战。
The complex and special history of Media Spree riverside area brings challenges in the renewal process. The Temporary Uses defined in the article, with its special characteristics, proved to be the main power of the urban renewal in the area. Its relation with the other powers in the area and the challenges it brings to urban design ate also discussed.
