Study on Clustering Strategy in Urban Waterfront Redevelopment

作为城市更新改造活动的重要类型之一,滨水区再开发是一项具有多重目标和丰富内容的系统工程。本文立足城市宏观经济发展以及投资者财务生存的需求,着重从产业选择和项目配置方面探讨城市滨水区再开发的集群策略。

Urban waterfront redevelopment is a significant type of urban renewal, and is of a systems engineering with multiple goals and rich contents. It is argued that urban waterfront redevelopment is essentially industry development, those such as sites, buildings, and facilities only act as physical and spatial carriers. Based upon city＇s economic growth and investors＇ financial survival, this paper discusses clustering strategy in urban waterfront redevelopment from the perspective of industry selection and items configuration.
