本文探讨了既有产业建筑大空间小型化的研究意义,基于对制约因素的分析,提出相应的设计原则和策略,最后阐述了大空间小型化的主要途径和方法,为既有产业建筑再利用提供了积极的发展方向。

Current industry archintecture recycle is becoming a hotpot which is attended by world. Miniaturizing great space is an efficient approach to achieve recycle. This article discussed the significance of research of miniaturizing great space of current industry architecture recycle, and analyzed the restriction factors of miniaturizing great space. Also, this article tabled a relevant principle and countermeasure ,then explained the main approach method of miniaturizing great space which offering a active developing way for current industry architecture recycle.
