鼻腔和筛窦上皮样血管肉瘤侵犯颅内致死亡一例

摘要 患者 男，52岁，因右侧鼻腔出血半年，加重伴鼻塞、头痛1个月于2008年6月入院。患者伴右眼溢泪，右面颊麻木感，无复视、视力下降，无发热，于当地医院抗炎对症治疗后无好转。查体：右面颊部无隆起，压痛不明显，右侧中鼻道可见淡红色肿物，约1．5cm×2．0cm，表面不平，局部有坏死及血凝块，触之易出血，鼻中隔略左偏，鼻窦区元压痛。颈部未触及明显肿大淋巴结。
