骨髓活检与骨髓穿刺在骨髓转移瘤诊断中的比较 被引量：4

摘要 虽然骨髓检查已经用来评价非血液系统肿瘤患者的分期。但采用大样本、随机化的骨髓检查来分析非血液系统肿瘤骨髓累及情况的报道并不多。本院从1994年建立至今已经进行了14334例骨髓活检，发现其中约1．1％标本存在非血液系统肿瘤骨髓累及（不包括已知原发部位的转移瘤和恶性淋巴瘤骨累及），提示在骨髓常规检查中发现非血液系统肿瘤累及骨髓并不少见。
