额骨内梭形细胞血管瘤一例被引量：2

摘要患者女，35岁。发现右额部包块3年就诊，于2009年2月14日入院。无头痛、头昏，无恶心、呕吐，无发热及四肢抽搐，神志清楚，一般情况尚可。体检：右额部隆起肿块直径约3．0cm，CT检查提示右侧额骨膨胀性缺损，其内见菊花放射状骨小梁，内板不连续，考虑肉芽肿或血管瘤。
