摘要
例1，患者女，50岁。因“双眼睑下垂伴四肢无力半年”来院，半年来双眼睑下垂症状逐渐加重，并出现劳累后四肢无力现象，予抗胆碱脂酶药物治疗2个月，症状稍有缓解。经CT检查诊断为胸腺增生，临床诊断为胸腺增生伴重症肌无力（MG），于2002年10月行胸腺肿瘤切除术，术后症状缓解出院。
