摘要
针对目前永磁轴承失效模式及影响分析的知识处于单一和分散的状态,不能被有效地用于提高永磁轴承的可靠性设计水平的问题,提出了将基于本体的知识建模方法运用于永磁轴承的失效模式及影响分析知识管理,通过建立系统规范的失效模式及影响分析知识管理体系,实现对永磁轴承产品开发和制造过程中失效模式及影响分析知识的有效管理和运用。
It is necessary to analyze the failure mode and effect of permanent magnetic bearing and propose reliable design meth- ods in order to extend the operating life and ensure reliable performance. But FMEA knowledge of permanent magnetic bearing is simplex and dispersive, which cannot provide effective knowledge support to insure its reliability. For these reasons, ontology was applied to depict the hierarchy and relationship of FMEA knowledge of permanent magnetic bearing among the design and manu- facturing process. The permanent magnetic bearing FMEA knowledge repository was set up to realize the effective management of FMEA knowledge, and to improve the reliability level of permanent magnetic bearing.
