摘要 针对径向电磁轴承的结构及优化问题进行分析研究。以8磁极径向电磁轴承为对象,分析了简化的非极靴模式设计磁极结构尺寸的两种设计方法,并推导了具体的步骤。分析结果表明:在仅考虑电磁轴承的结构影响,且当磁极与线圈的周向宽度比约为1∶2时,设计的电磁轴承可以获得最大的力。给出了一个实际的算例,将其结果与传统的仿电机磁极极靴模式设计进行对比,从定性与定量的角度分析了两者的异同。 The structure and optimized design of radial electromagnetic bearings were studied. Taking 8 magnetic pole radial electromagnetic bearing as the object,2 kinds of design process were analyzed when magnetic pole structure size was designed by the simplified non - polar magnetic boots model. And the concrete steps were derived. The analysis results indicated that, only consid- ering the structure influence of magnetic bearings, the designed electromagnetic bearing would obtain the biggest force when the ratio of magnetic pole width to coil eircumferential width was approximately 1:2. An actual example was presented and analyzed finally.
