摘要
为改变目前轮对检测的落后现状,及时准确掌握轮对运行状况,研制开发了一套轮对踏面非接触自动检测系统,提出了一种自动检测铁路机车轮对踏面磨损的新方法。该方法用激光位移传感器获得机车轮对踏面数据,然后运用Labview语言编制分析软件,建立轮对踏面二维图像,并与标准图像对比,求出踏面磨耗值。检测结果表明,分析结果完全符合最终检测精度(<0.01 mm),这种分析方法简洁合理。
A non -contact and automatically measuring system for railway wheels geometric parameters was developed in order to change draggle status and control rail wheels states in time and accurately. A new method was presented for automatically detec- ting the wheel tread defects of locomotive. Laser distance sensor was applied to obtain the data of wheel tread of locomotive. And a two - dimensional image that reflects the wheel tread surface was established on the basis of obtained data. The defects of wheel tread would be found by comparing with the standard image. The measuring results showed that the analyzed results accorded with the measured results ( 〈0.01 ram). The accuracy analysis was reasonable and right.
