摘要
针对某配送中心进行建模仿真,构建了基于AutoMod平台的物流设备的结构模型、行为模型,以及运动模型。重点研究了配送中心核心子系统,包括典型的自动化立体仓储系统、AGV搬运系统、先进的数字化智能分拣系统和基于自动化立体仓储系统的件货自动分类系统等,并对这些核心子系统进行了适当的简化和抽象,提高了建模效率。通过该配送中心仿真运行及仿真结果分析,验证了模型设计方法的可行性和所建模型的正确性。仿真结果可为配送中心日常作业的科学管理提供参考。
Serial simulation models of a distribution center were established. They were equipment structural model, behavior mod- el and motion model. All models were established based on AutoMod simulation platform. The research was focused on the core subsystems of the distribution center, which included a typical AS/RS storage system, an AGV transportation system, an advanced DPS intelligent sorting system and an ASS based PAS automatic classification system, etc. These core subsystems had been proper- ly simplified and abstracted to improve the efficiency of modeling. Through running and simulation result analysis of the distribu- tion center simulation model, the feasibility of the model design method and the correctness of the proposed model were verified. The simulation resuhs can provide a reference for scientific daily operations management of the distribution center.
