摘要 介绍了区域产学研结合技术创新体系的组成要素,然后利用结构模型分析研究各组成要素之间的关系,根据分析建立可达矩阵并构建最终的结构模型。 The paper introduces the components of regional IUR cooperative technological innovation system, studies the relationship of various elements by using structure model, and establishes the reachability matrix and builds the ultimate structure models based on the analysis.
