摘要
通过对消失模铸造与V法铸造、失蜡精铸、普通砂型铸造的对比,并对多数厂家生产的消失模铸件进行了抽样分析,得出的结论是:在现行的经济环境下,相同的铸件生产量,对于适合于消失模铸造的铸件,消失模工艺比其他几种铸造工艺可节省生产工时约为20%~30%,铸件的工艺出品率同比提高了5%~20%,成品率同比提高5%~10%,节省生产综合费用约为5%~20%,环境污染指数同比下降了80%左右。所以说合理地应用这一铸造技术,在国内外已成为改造传统铸造产业应用最广的高新技术。它不但能提高铸件质量,还能降低铸件的生产成本,使铸造企业更有竞争力。
Abstract:Through the comparison among EPC process, "V"method, lost wax process casting and sand mold casting, the sampling analysis of the EPC castings produced by various foundries was carried out.The results show that under current economic environment and with same productive capacity,EPC process saves hour by 20% to 30% than other casting technique for the castings suited to EPC.The casting yield is increased by 5% to 20% than others,the rate of finished products increased by 5% to 10% ,the comprehensive production cost for EPC is saved about 5% to 20%.The environmental pollution index for EPC is lower about 80% than other casting techniques.EPC process technology has been a most widespread applied high and new-technology industries in foundry. It can improve the comprehensive competitive power of foundries.
