斑岩型金矿是我国第三重要金矿类型，可分为３类——伴生／共生斑岩型金矿、角砾／网脉斑岩型金矿和单脉／网脉斑岩型金矿．国外见有网脉斑岩型金矿，但未见单脉／网脉斑岩型金矿的报道．
