图书馆知识管理实现的促成因素及实践经验借鉴

The effectual factors in the realization of knowledge management in libraries and reference drawn from the practical experiences

知识管理理论的研究成果在图书馆实际工作中的可操作性、实践性不强,原因是多方面的,终不外乎图书馆文化氛围、组织结构、资源系统、业务流程,以及技术基础等因素。立足图书馆实际情况,有必要借鉴国内外先进的知识管理实践经验,加快推进知识管理工作的实施。

In practical work, management theories are not satisfying, the operability and practicality of the research results of the knowledge the causes are manifold, but they are no more than the library cuhural environment,organizational structure, resources management system, professional workflow, technical basis. Starting from the reality of the Library of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, the author holds that it is necessary to draw lessons form experiences in knowledge management home and abroad, to accelerate the implementation of work of knowledge management.
