NB-UVB治疗寻常性银屑病疗效观察及对血清IL-12水平的影响

Observation of therapeutic effect of NB-UVB in the treatment of psoriasis and its effects on serum levels of IL-12

目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效及对血清白介素-12(IL-12)水平的影响。方法32例寻常性银屑病患者予NB-UVB照射治疗,以银屑病皮损面积及严重度指数(PASI)评价疗效。用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测治疗前后血清IL-12水平。结果32例寻常性银屑病患者总有效率为90.63%,无严重不良反应。患者治疗前血清IL-12水平明显高于对照组,治疗结束后其水平显著下降。结论NB-UVB治疗寻常性银屑病安全、有效,抑制IL-12分泌可能是NB-UVB治疗寻常性银屑病的机制之一。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of narrow-band ultraviolet B （NB-UVB） in the treatment of psoriasis and its effects on serum levels of IL-12. Methods 32 patients with psoriasis were treated with NB-UVB phototherapy. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by psoriasis area and severity index （PASI）. The serum levels of IL-12 were detected by sandwich ELISA before and after the phototherapy. Results The total effective rate of 32 patients with psoriasis was 86. 36%. No severe side effect was found. The serum levels of IL-12 were significant higher in the patients than those in the control group before the phototherapy,which dropped down remarkably after the phototherapy. Conclusion NB-UVB is a safe and effective method for psoriasis. Inhibiting the secretion of IL-12 may be one of the mechanisms of NB-UVB in the treatment of psoriasis.
