紫丹活血片治疗突发性耳聋的疗效及其与血液流变学的相关性研究

Clinical study on the therapeutic effects of zidanhuoxuepian on sudden deafness and its association with the abnormarl changes in hemorrheology

目的探讨紫丹活血片治疗突发性耳聋的疗效及其与血液流变学的影响。方法122例突发性聋患者随机分为两组。治疗组68例，除静脉滴注丹参外加用紫丹活血片；对照组54例只用丹参。比较治疗前后听力及血液流变学变化。结果治疗组治愈率50％，有效率88．2％；对照组治愈率33．4％，有效率55％。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗前两组均有血液流变学异常（P〉0．05），治疗后治疗组改善情况显著优于对照组（P〈0．01—0．05）。结论紫丹活血片可通过血液流变学的影响而对突发性耳聋发挥疗效。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of zidanhuoxuepian（ZDHXP） on sudden deafness and its association with the abnormal changes in hemorrheology. Methods 122 cases with sudden deafness were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 68 cases in treating group（TG） and 54 cases in controlling one（CG）. The cases in TG were treated with ZDHXP orally taking and DanShenZhen intravenously given,and those in CG were treated with the same therapy except ZDHXP. Tben,the therapeutic effects and the improvement in the abnormal changes of hemorrheelogy were compared between the two groups. Results The curative and total effective rates were 50% ,88.2% in TG while they were 33.4% ,55% in CG,With very significant differences between them（ P〈0. 01 -0. 05 ）. The improvement the abnormal changes of hemorrheology was more significant in TG that in CG（ P〈0.01 - 0. 05 ） as well. Conclusion ZDHXP may bring about therapeutic effects on sudden deafness viaimproving the abnormal changes in hemorrheology.
