胃手术后空肠置管营养支持的护理研究

Nursing study of nutritional support by installing canal in jejunum after gastric operation

目的探讨胃手术后空肠营养管营养支持的护理。方法分析我科151例胃手术后患者进行早期空肠营养管肠内营养支持的情况,并对患者术后肠功能恢复、术后并发症等情况进行检测分析。结果术后肛门恢复排气时间平均(48±6.3)h,37例出现阵发性腹痛,经调整营养液温度后缓解,所有患者没有出现腹泻、机械性肠梗阻、吻合口瘘等并发症。结论胃手术后空肠置管营养支持对改善机体营养状况有积极意义;是一条经济、安全、合理的有效途径。

Objective To explore nursing of nutritional support by jejunum nutrient canal after gastric operation. Methods Analysing situation about early phase nutritional support by jejunum nutrient canal after gastric operation in 151 cases. It was analysed and checked that functional recovery of intestines,complications after the surgery. Results The average time of passage of gas by anus was （48±6.3）h. It occured abdominal pain at intervals in 37 cases. The symptoms were relieved after adjusting the temperature of nutrient liquid. None of these cases suffered from diarrhea, mechanical ileus and anastomostic leakage. Conclusion It was positive significance to improve nutrition of body by installing canal in jejunum after gastric operation. It was an effective way which was economical, safe and logical.
