摘要
采用电导法配合Logistic曲线方程推导LT50(半致死温度),再结合茶苗低温处理试验,对川渝两地的19份茶树资源的抗寒性进行了鉴定,筛选出北川中叶种、万源种、龙溪种、鸡鸣卵叶茶4个高抗寒种质资源,为茶树抗寒性育种提供基础材料。
LT50 of tea was deduced by the conductive method with Logistic equation. Low temperature treatment experiment for seeding was conducted to identify the cold resistance of 19 tea germplasms from Sichuan and Chongqing and 4 tea germplasms with high cold resistance, including mid-leaf variety of Bei-chuan, Wanyuan variety, Longxi variety and Jiming-luanye variety were selected out. The results could provide the basic material tea plant breeding of cold resistance.
