刺芹侧耳菌株遗传差异与农艺性状的评价研究 被引量:9

摘要 对刺芹侧耳10个菌株的遗传差异ISSR分析和子实体生长特性评价结果表明,利用ISSR的6个引物的DNA图谱经聚类分析,获得了遗传关系树状图,在相似水平为0.879时,将10个刺芹侧耳菌株分为6个类群。刺芹侧耳10个菌株的子实体在13-16℃条件下都能正常生长,但在22-27℃范围内,只有3个菌株的子实体能正常生长;根据子实体形态特征可将10个刺芹侧耳菌株分为6个类型,与ISSR分子标记聚类分类结果一致。 ISSR and characters of fruit bodies analysis were used in the study of 10 stains of Pleurotus eryngii (Dc. ex Fr. )Quel. The results showed that dendrogram of genetic relationship was gained from the ISSR analysis by 6 primers, and the 10 strains could be divided into 6 subgroups at similarity coefficient of 0.879. All strains developed fruit bodies normally in 13 - 16 ℃, but only three strains could develop fruit bodies in 22 -27 ℃. And the 10 strains could be divided into 6 subgroups according to morphological characteristics of fruit bodies, which was consistent with the result of ISSR analysis.
