云南百合矿质元素的变异特征和性状的关系研究

Relationship between Morphological Traits and Variation of Mineral Elements in Different Yunnan Lilies

采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法（ICP．AES）对云南百合品种60份材料的15种矿质元素（S、P、K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、B、Mo、Sr、Ni、A1）进行测定与分析。结果表明，ICP-AES同时测定百合中15种元素含量的结果是令人满意的；不同百合品种间矿质元素中S、Na、Mg、Fe、Mn、Mo、Ni含量变异小（5％～13％），而P、K、Ca、Zn、Cu、B、Sr、AI含量变异大（17％-54％）；在百合的15种矿质元素中，K和Na，Ca和Mo，Zn和Mn都达到极显著相关水平，而P和Mg，cu和sr也达到显著相关水平，其它矿质元素间的相关均未达到显著水平。文章为探讨利用矿质元素，对百合繁育材料进行快速、可靠筛选的可行性提供了大量有益的参考数据。

Five varieties of Yunnan lily were chosen to be investigated and the 15 mineral elements of S, P, K, Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Sr,B,Mo,Ni,AI were determined and analyzed by ICP-AES. The results indicated that determination of 15 mineral elements was satisfied, the content of S, Na, Mg, Fe, Mn, Mo, Ni in different Yunnan lilies showed low variation coefficients（5 % - 13 % ）, the content of P, K, Ca, Zn, Cu, B, Sr, Al showed high variation coefficients （17 % -54 % ）, the correlation coefficients of K and Na, Ca and Me, Zn and Mn were at very significant level, The correlation coefficients of P and Mg, Cu and Sr were at significant level; the others mineral elements were at the no significant level.
