昆明地区犬戊型肝炎流行的血清学调查

Serosurvey of Canine Hepatitis E Prevalence in Kunming Region

为了解昆明地区犬戊型肝炎(HE)流行的情况,共采集血清样本268份,其中包括昆明主城区家庭散养犬血清样本163份,养犬场犬血清样本65份,城市流浪犬血清样本40份。采用双抗原夹心ELISA方法对上述血清样本进行HEV抗体的检测。结果显示,268份犬血清中HEV抗体平均阳性率为48.51%,城市流浪犬HEV抗体阳性率较高,不同品种不同年龄犬HEV抗体阳性率有差异显著。结果表明昆明地区犬戊型肝炎已经普遍流行,尤其以流浪犬HEV的感染较为严重。

The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of canine hepatitis E virus （HEV） infection in Kunming region. The 268 canine serum from August 2008 to August 2009 in Kunming region were collected and detected for the antibody to HEV （anti-HEV） by ELISA. The result showed that the total positive rate of anti-HEV was 48.51 percentage, which the stray dog of city was the highest, and the differences in different species and growth phases were significant. It indicated that the canine HEV was widespread in Kunming region, especially in the city stray dog.
