摘要
从环境中分离得到降解纤维素的细菌、放线菌、真菌等,将其制成具有协同作用的不同载体的降解纤维素复合菌剂—水剂和粉剂。设计不同处理,研究其在小麦秸秆还田后不同时间内各类微生物数量的变化。结果表明,添加了秸秆催腐复合菌剂的处理比不添加秸秆催腐复合菌剂的对照更有利于小麦秸秆还田过程中各类微生物的生长,粉剂对小麦秸秆还田过程中各类微生物的数量的增加作用优于水剂,而水剂中的施用量90 L/hm2优于30 L/hm2,粉剂的施用量30 kg/hm2优于90 kg/hm2。
The different carrier of complex cellulose-decomposing manufacture was made of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi strains, which was isolated and screened from the soil and compost of garbage. The microbiology's amount of this microbial agent used in wheat straw returning in different time was studied. The results showed that the microbial agent was propitious to the growing of microbiology. The carrier of powder microbial agent was better than that of water microbial agent. The better dosage of water microbial agent was 90 L/hm2 , and the better dosage of powder microbial agent was 30 kg/hm2.
