Ki-67表达与鼻咽癌放射敏感性的关系

Relationship between Expression of Ki-67 Protein and Radiosensitivity of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的探讨Ki-67表达与鼻咽癌放射敏感性的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测159例鼻咽癌组织中Ki-67蛋白表达的情况。结果159例鼻咽癌组织中Ki-67阳性表达率为98.7%。Ki-67表达强度与鼻咽癌的临床分期、根治放疗70Gy后鼻咽部肿瘤大小和颈部淋巴结的消退情况无关(P>0.05)。结论Ki-67与鼻咽癌的放射敏感性无关。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Ki-67 protein and the radiosensitivity of nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC）. Methods The expression of Ki-67 protein of 159 biopsy specimens of vpc was detected by immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive rate of Ki-67 in 159 NPC tissues was 98.7%. The expression intensity of Ki-67 had no significant relation with the clinical stage of NPC, the extinction of nasopharyngeal tumor and cervical lymph node after radiotherapy whose dose was 70Gy （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The expression of Ki-67 protein has no relation with NPC radiosensitivity.
