摘要 对番红花球茎的发育过程进行生理生化分析,体外或栽培球茎发育过程中,球茎膨大时碳水化合物变化模式相似,均伴随着淀粉的迅速累积。球茎的形态变化与IAA/(Z+ZR)相关,而且IAA/(Z+ZR)升高促进了淀粉的快速积累和球茎膨大。高IAA/(Z+ZR)比值,高IAA和ABA含量,及更长的生长期,使栽培的球茎更大,淀粉含量更高。 During corm development in vitro and in vivo,corm size,carbohydrates and endogenous hormones were determined.Similar changes of carbohydrates occurred in the corms in vitro and in vivo.It's endogenous hormones that regulated morphological differentiation.The increase of IAA/(Z+ZR) ratio enhanced the stem enlargement and starch accumulation.High IAA/(Z+ZR) ratio,high contents of IAA and ABA,as well as longer corm growth period resulted in bigger corm size and higher starch content in corms in vivo.
