与城市安全相比较而言,农村安全问题成为当前制约新农村建设的突出问题。清查新农村建设中的安全隐患,关注农民弱势群体的人身伤害及相关职业病,切实加强乡镇企业的安全生产治理是社会主义新农村可持续发展的关键。基于安全视角下的新农村建设的深远背景分析,解析了新农村建设中的诸多安全隐患及其产生的制度性根源,进而提出了解决新农村发展建设中安全问题的对策建议。

And urban safety in contrast,rural safety problem becomes the current restrictive new problems in building new socialist countryside.Checking of the new rural reconstruction of the security implications,in the farmers of vulnerable groups in personal injury and related occupational diseases,strengthening the safety production of township enterprises is the key to build the new socialist countryside for sustainable development. This paper analyzes the root cause in the new countryside many security hidden danger and produces under the security angle.According to the current problems,some suggestions are put forward.
