摘要
建立了蔬菜中多种农药残留的基质固相分散(MSPD)前处理以及气相色谱-质谱的检测方法。蔬菜样品经粉碎、与佛罗里硅土混匀研磨、装柱、乙酸乙酯淋洗、浓缩后,利用气相色谱-质谱在选择离子监测模式下进行快速定性定量分析。研究结果表明,在上述优化条件下,61种农药回收率在73.1%-114.9%,相对标准偏差小于15.3%,最低检出限保持在0.002~0.01mg/kg之间,方法具有快速、经济、省时、省力等优点。
We presented an analysis procedure for muhi-residue pesticides of vegetables by matrix solid-phase dispersion(MSPD) and mass spectrometry detection. The procedure included vegetables smash, grinding with florisil, pack and elution by ethyl acetate, concentration and determination by GC-MS in a selected ion surveillance mode. Experimental results show that the recovery rate is between 73.1% -114.9%, all the relative standard deviations less than 15.3% and the lowest determination limit between 0.002 - 0.01 mg/kg. The procedure was therefore quick, eeonomieal, time- and labour-saving.
