摘要
首先简要介绍了我国工程建设监理制的建立、运行及发展概况；然后就工程建设监理及监理单位性质、监理模式以及我国实施工程建设监理的有关法律、法规、具体内容等进行了详细阐述；最后指出了工程建设监理与政府工程质量监督的区别。
Brief introduction is given on the establishment, application and development of the construction supervision system in China. Engineering construction supervision, nature of supervision body, supervision mode and related laws and regulations are descriled in detail. And the difference between engineering construction supervision and governmental superintending of engineering quality is presented.
