摘要 病例女,57岁。进行性吞咽困难1年,尤以进食硬物明显。胃镜：食管下段息肉样软组织肿块,管腔狭窄,食道内壁见多发息肉样改变。食管钡餐检查：食管下段见较大充盈缺损,缺损与正常食管分界清楚,其夹角为钝角,
