研究型妇女NGO在性别平等意识建构中的研究与行动

Research-typed Women NGO's Research and Action in Gender Equal Awareness Construction

中国的知识妇女及其在改革开放中发展起来的主体意识和群体意识,使研究型妇女NGO应运而生。研究型妇女NGO主要是由高等院校或社科院系统的女性知识分子自发组织起来的研究机构,她们在诠释新的妇女发展理论,有效推动妇女/社会性别学学科的成立与发展、宣传社会性别平等意识,改善大众舆论环境,重塑公共政策合理的价值取向以及开展行动研究方面发挥了重要作用。同时由于组织的研究地位的边缘化、学术的独立性与政府资源、国际资源的依赖性之间的矛盾以及组织生存与发展中的经费来源等问题,需要我们从政策、环境、制度等方面对其进一步完善。

With the development of Chinese female intellectuals＇ subjective awareness and collective awareness in opening and reform, research - typed women NGO appeared intellectuals in universities and colleges or social science which is an institute organized spontaneously by female academies. These women play an important role in illustrating the new women developing theory, impelling the establishment and development of women or social gender courses, propagating social gender equality, improving public opinion environment, and reconstructing the reasonable value orientation of public policy and doing research. Meanwhile, considering the marginalization of research status, the contradiction between academic independence and government resources and international resources dependence, and financial resources in organization survival and development, we are required to make further improvement in policy, environment and system.
