摘要
社会性别教育是女性学教学的核心内容之一,它能增强大学生主体意识的表层认识和深层认识之间的一致性;淡化性别刻板印象,理性认知性别与能力及特长与个性间的关系;提高大学生对劳动力市场领域制度化的性别不平等现象的敏感度,从而提高他们的职场应对水平。
Studies show that gender education could strengthen college students' surface recognition and deep recognition identification of subjective awareness; weaken dull gender impression, the relationship between reasonable cognitive gender and ability, the relationship between specialty and personality; improve their sensitivity to gender inequality in labor force market, thus their occupation managing abilities will be improved.
