新生入学教育对大学生具有深远的意义和影响。针对新生的特点,入学教育模式应做好以下几个方面:抓好军训工作;构建有计划有步骤系统化的体系;利用好校园文化这一有效的载体。
College Freshmen＇ s enrollment education is of great significance and influence to college students. Aiming at the new comers＇ features, a few points should be done in enrollment education model： taking charge of military training, constructing orderly and systematic systems, and utilize the effective carrier of campus culture.
