论法学专业实践教学的困境与出路

On the Dilemma and Solution of Law Major's Practical Teaching

法学教育应当将法学理论教育与职业训练有机结合起来,但现在实践教学方面存在很多问题,应当引起我们的重视。法学教育应当借鉴欧美等国的法学教育的经验和教训,创新法学实践教学模式,加强法科学生的法律实务技能训练,以更好地适应社会对应用型专业人才的需求。

Law education should combine theoretical education with vocational training, however, there exists a lot of questions in practical education, and it should cause our attention. China＇ s law education should absorb western countries＇ experience and lessons, reform its practical teaching pattern, enforce law majors＇ skill training, and satisfy the requirements for applied majors.
