水通道蛋白5在乳腺浸润性导管癌中表达及与肿瘤转移之间的关系 被引量:2

Expression of aquaporin 5 in breast infiltrating duct carcinoma and its correlation with tumor metastasis

摘要 目的:探讨水通道蛋白5在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达与分布及与乳腺浸润性导管癌组织学分级和转移之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法,对90例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织及作为对照的癌旁组织中水通道蛋白表达情况进行检测,并与淋巴结转移和组织学分级进行分析。结果:水通道蛋白5主要表达于正常乳腺和癌组织细胞膜和细胞浆中。组织学分级Ⅲ级癌组织水通道蛋白高表达率明显高于组织学分级Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级患者;淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织中水通道蛋白5高表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移者。结论:水通道蛋白5可能在乳腺癌肿瘤形成和发展过程中起重要作用,有望成为预测乳腺癌转移和评估预后的重要指标和治疗靶点。 Objective To study the expression and distribution of aquaporin 5 in breast infiltrating duct carcinoma and to analyze its correlation with pathological grades and metastasis. Methods SP immunochemical method was used to detect the expression of aquaporin 5 in the tissues of 90 patients with breast infiltrating duct carcinoma. The pathological grades and metastasis factors were statistically analyzed. Results Aquaporin 5 was mainly expressed in cell membrane, cytoplasm of normal breast ductal epithelial cells and cancer cells. The high expression rate of aquaporin 5 was higher in cells of breast carcinoma histological stage Ⅲ than that in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ, and increased significantly in patients with lymphatic metastasis. Conclusion Aquaporin 5 expression may play an important role in the breast carcinogenesis and progression. The expression of aquaporin 5 can be taken as the biological marker of prognosis and metastasis and be used as a target of therapies for breast carcinoma.
