摘要 育种新材料的发现,育种新方法的建立,育种新思路的提出,都可能使作物育种水平得到明显提高,从而能够更有效的挖掘作物育种的发展潜力。通过自20世纪80年代中期发现离子束生物效应以来对离子束生物工程的深入了解,主要阐述离子束生物工程的理论、特点和现状,充分综述了药用植物资源领域的现状和发展前景,以及离子束作为一种新的诱变源在药用植物遗传改良中的应用前景。 Breeding the discovery of new materials,new methods for the establishment of breeding,breeding proposing new ideas,can make the level of crop breeding has been markedly enhanced,allowing for moree ffective crop breeding mining potential.Since the 20th century,the mid-80s has been found that biological effects of ion-beam,ion implantation technology has been applied to biological improvement of the origin and evolution of life and environmental effects of radiation biology and other fields of study.In this paper,the theory of ion beam bio-engineering,characteristics and status of the full overview of the field of medicinal plant resource status and development prospects,as well as ion beam source as a new mutation in the genetic improvement of medicinal plants in the application.
