基于Sakai平台的农技推广人员远程培训研究

The Research of Agricultural Technology Extension Personnel Distance Training Based on Sakai Platform

农业现代化的发展和农业的创收在很大程度上取决于广大农技推广人员的科技水平,面对急需培训的农技推广人员队伍,在分析现有农技推广人员培训模式基础上,提出通过构建Sakai平台来开展农技推广人员远程培训,从而解决现有培训模式中存在的时空限制、规模有限、互动性不强等问题。

The development of modern agriculture and the increase of agricultural income are largely depended on the technological level of agricultural extension personnel.Facing the needs of the agricultural technology extension personnel and after the analysis of existing training model,this paper brings forward the using of Sakai Platform to carry out distance training.This measure can solve the issues in training models,such as time and space constraints,limited scale,lacking of interaction and so on.
