依靠科技开展产业集成示范,是带动产业化发展的重要途径。通过产学研和省市县联动,大力加强产业链示范,培育壮大四川粮油、畜禽、果蔬、中药材和林竹5大优势产业,茶叶、蚕桑、花卉、烟叶、水产和苎麻6大特色产业,生物质能源、生物农药、生物饲料3个新兴产业。这14大产业既包括了四川农业的支柱产业,又能为四川经济的发展带来新的增长点。通过产业链示范促进现代农业产业化,通过产业上游、中游、下游的联动,带动产业集群的发展,这必将进一步提升四川产业在全国的比较优势。

Integration and demonstration depending on science and technology was an important way to boosting industry development.Through combination of industry,university and research institute and interaction among provinces,cities and counties,the demonstration of agricultural industrial chain should be energetically strengthen to cultivate five advanced industries of grain and oil,livestock and poultry,fruit and vegetable,Chinese medicine material,forest and bamboo,six featured industries of tea,sericulture,flower,tobacco,fishery and ramie,three rising industries of biomass energy,biological agrochemical and biological feed.These 14 agricultural industries contained mainstay industries of Sichuan agriculture,and brought new growth points of Sichuan economy.Thorough industrial demonstration to boost agricultural industrialization,and integration of upstream,midstream and downstream of industries to boost the industrial cluster’s developments,it could increase comparative advantages of Sichuan agriculture industries in China.
