摘要
实验教学是遗传学教学必需的组成部分,对培养农林专业特色人才具有重要作用。建立多层次实验室是实验教学改革第一步,以课程实验、课程训练和专业大实验为核心的实验教学是实践教学的主体,也是改革的重中之重。课程实验以验证性实验为主;课程训练是在导师指导下自行完成试验;专业大实验是跨学院在体现专业特色的优势学科中进行,也在导师指导下完成全部试验。考核方式的多样化也是改革后促进学生注重综合能力提高的重要举措。
Experimental teaching is a necessary part of Genetics and plays an important role in cultivating major-specific talents of agriculture and forest. The establishment of a multi-level laboratory is the first step of experimental teaching reform, and then curriculum experiments, courses training and professional experiments as the core of experimental teaching are the main part of practical teaching and are also a top priority of the reform. Curriculum experiments are all those verifying past genetic laws; courses training makes students self-complete experiments under the guidance of their instructors ; professional experiments whose disciplines across college go along with professional characteristics also make students accomplish experiments by their instructors. Furthermore, diversification of assessment methods is a good way for students to pay more attention to improve the comprehensive abilities after reform.
