Misdiagnosis of avulsion fracture of the posterior horn of meniscus for posterior cruciate ligament avusion fracture
摘要
1例交通事故伤,外院诊断为右后交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折、右胫腓骨骨折,行胫骨髓内钉内固定术后5天转院。经检查确诊为半月板后角止点撕脱骨折。
