中子照相技术对柴油机喷嘴内空穴现象的可视化研究 被引量:1

摘要 回顾了国内外先期对柴油机喷雾过程喷嘴内空穴现象的研究成果,在介绍空穴测试可视化研究方向的同时,对比激光、X射线的可视化结果,指出中子射线照相技术在对实际原型柴油机喷嘴内的空穴可视化中的独特优势。简要介绍了中子射线照相技术原理,分析了目前运用于流体成像中的中子射线照相技术的成果,论证了其对于柴油机喷嘴的空穴可视化的可行性。指出中子射线照相技术在柴油机喷嘴的空穴可视化研究中的发展前景,以及它对空穴研究的重大贡献。 The visualization research and its development of the cavitation phenomena in diesel engine during the process of spray in the past are reviewed in this paper. Then the direction of the visualization study of cavitation phenomena is introduced. On the basis of comparing the results of the laser and X-ray measuring meth- ods appeared, the special advantage of testing the normal nozzle by neutron radiography measuring method is pointed out. The theory of the neutron radiography technology, the situation of this technology used in the area of liquid imaging, and the feasibility of neutron radiography technology in studying the cavitation phenomena in the nozzle of diesel engine are introduced briefly. The great development prospect in studying the cavitation phenomena in the nozzle of diesel engine by neutron radiography, and its great contribution on the study of cavitation phenomena are pointed out.
