增压中冷柴油机燃用微乳化柴油的性能和排放研究 被引量:7

摘要 用壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚系列复配的表面活性剂配置了3种不同配比的微乳化柴油,讨论了温度对微乳化柴油稳定性的影响,选取其中稳定性较好的一种微乳化柴油在增压中冷柴油机上进行与柴油的对比试验。实验结果表明:质量配比为1∶2∶15(水∶表面活性剂∶柴油)的微乳化柴油具有较好的稳定性;在大负荷时柴油机燃用微乳化柴油缸内最大压力比柴油高,经济性好,HC和CO排放量与柴油相当;在小负荷时柴油机燃用微乳柴油缸内最大压力比柴油低,最大压力峰值点推迟,经济性、HC和CO排放变差;在各负荷下NOx和碳烟排放量都明显降低,排气温度基本不变。 The diesel microemulsions are composed of diesel, water and surfactant. Three kinds of new microemulsions containing different percentages of diesel, water and surfactant were prepared, and the influences of temperature on the stability were discussed. The performance and emissions of a turbo-charged intercooled diesel engine running with diesel and the microemulsion were investigated. The result showed that the microemulsion that is in the proportion of 1:2:15 (water:surfactant:diesel) has good stability. At high load, the engine using diesel microemulsion has higher maximum combustion pressure, better fuel economy than diesel. But at low load, the engine using diesel microemulsion has lower combustion maximum pressure, worse fuel economy, more emissions of HC and CO. The emissions of NO, for diesel microemulsion are better than diesel at all modes, exhaust temperature does not significantly change at all loads.
