座垫作为摩托车的重要零部件,它不仅关系到乘骑人员的操纵安全,也关系到乘骑舒适性;同时,必须保证在摩托车全寿命周期内基本功能不失效。而目前市场上反映的一些较大质量问题,在设计阶段已经产生。我们希望通过对设计思路探讨,控制设计全过程,提高产品质量,杜绝后期出现较大的设计缺陷。

A saddle, as one of key components of motorcycle, not only relates to the operating safety but also driving comfort of driver. In addition, it should ensure its good basic function during the life cycle of motorcycle. However, some quality problems reflected on the market have come into being in the design phase. We hope to improve product quality and put an end to big design faults occurring in the late phase by discussing the design idea and controlling the entire design process.
