LZB-GC抗菌剂在金属烤瓷修复体中的临床应用初探 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价金属烤瓷釉层材料中添加无机抗菌剂LZB-GC的临床应用效果。方法:随机选择28例作2颗以上烤瓷修复患者,其中28颗烤瓷修复体的釉层添加LZB-GC抗菌剂,另外28颗作为对照组不添加抗菌剂,临床大体观察修复后牙龈情况,电镜观测LZB-GC抗菌剂在釉层的分布状况,检测烤瓷牙修复前及修复后1、3、6月的菌斑指数(GI)、牙龈指数(SBI)和龈沟出血指数(PLI)指标。结果:电镜观测LZB-GC抗菌剂在釉层的分布大致均匀,但出现少量颗粒团聚现象。戴入6月后的抗菌烤瓷修复体龈缘无发黑现象,颜色大致与对照组一致。实验组与对照组比较,治疗前和治疗1月后GI、SBI、PLI比较无显著性差异;治疗3月后两组间牙周指数中SBI出现显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗6月后,GI没有变化,SBI、PLI两组间有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:添加了LZB-GC抗菌剂的釉层,可以起到早期控制金属烤瓷修复体引起的牙龈炎的作用。 Objective: To evalute clinical effects of adding LZB--GC inorganic antimicrobial agent to the glaze layer of porcelain fused to metal crown(PFM). Methods: 28 clinical cases each of whom had more than two PFM crown were randomly selected. 28 PFM teeth were added antimicrobial LZB--GC to the glaze layer, and the other 28 were kept as the control group. The clinical situations of the restored teeth were generally observed. LZB--GC anti--bacterial agents in the distribution of enamel layer were observed by electron microscopy. We detected the plaque index (GI), gingival index (SBI) and gingival bleeding index (PLI) of PFM teeth before restoration and after 1,3,6 months. Results: LZB--GC antimicrobial agents in the glaze layer were evenly distributed by electroe, microscopy observation except for a small amount of agglomeration of particles. The general clinical observations of the gingival margin of antimicrobial PFM teeth were without blackening phenomenon after wearing 6 months, with keeping the color more or less consistent with the control group. Compared with the control group, the GI, SBI, PLI of experi- mental group had no significant difference before and after 1 month. Periodontal indices of SBI between two groups were significantly different after 3 months (P〈0.05). GI had not changed, but SBI and PI.I between two groups had a very significant difference after 6 months (P〈0. 01). Concliusion: LZB--GC added antimicrobial layer of glaze can serve as early anti--gingivitis role in PFM teeth.
