护理管理是把护理人员组织起来以提高护理质量为目标共同完成工作的过程。护理管理者的职责是使护理工作达到最好的水平,充分动员所有部门和全体人员的积极性,并把所掌握的资源合理分配和使用,以取得高效率。非权力性影响力是一种自然性影响力,是由领导者个人的素质和行为形成的,能够自然地影响他人行为的心理行为,通过潜移默化的过程,成为他人行为的内驱力[1]。护理管理者要做好护理管理工作,应该充分发挥非权力性影响力的作用,使下属从心理上信服、尊敬、依从、依赖于护理管理者,从而调动护士的积极性,使每位护士的潜能在工作中得到最大限度的发挥。
