非权力性影响力在护理管理中的应用

摘要 护理管理是把护理人员组织起来以提高护理质量为目标共同完成工作的过程。护理管理者的职责是使护理工作达到最好的水平,充分动员所有部门和全体人员的积极性,并把所掌握的资源合理分配和使用,以取得高效率。非权力性影响力是一种自然性影响力,是由领导者个人的素质和行为形成的,能够自然地影响他人行为的心理行为,通过潜移默化的过程,成为他人行为的内驱力[1]。护理管理者要做好护理管理工作,应该充分发挥非权力性影响力的作用,使下属从心理上信服、尊敬、依从、依赖于护理管理者,从而调动护士的积极性,使每位护士的潜能在工作中得到最大限度的发挥。 Nursing management is a process of organizing nurses to work together to improve the quality of care as the goal. Responsibilities of naming managers is to achieve the best level of care, full mobilization of all sectors and all the enthusiasm of staff and to the rational alloca- tion of resources at their disposal and use in order to obtain high efficiency. Non-power influence is a natural sexual influence, is a leader in the formation of personal qualities and behavior, and can naturally affect the psychological behavior of the behavior of others, through the subtle influence of the process, become the driving force the behavior of others. Nursing care and management of the manager to do well, we should give full play to the influence of non-power role, so that subordinates psychologically convincing, respect, compliance depends on the care managers, and thereby mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses, so that the potential of every nurse In the work to be maximized.
