直肠黏膜结扎加内扎外切术治疗环状混合痔55例

临床上我们发现严重的环状混合痔患者均有不同程度的直肠黏膜脱垂。为了解决环状混合痔治疗不彻底及术后水肿的问题,根据肛垫下移学说,我科从1999年至2008年采用直肠黏膜结扎术加改良后混合痔内扎外切术治疗重度环状混合痔,疗效满意。结扎松弛的直肠黏膜可以有效地使下移的肛垫上移固定,痔动脉贯穿缝扎可阻断肛垫血供,有效地防止痔疮复发。且与PPH相比有价格低廉的优点。

Clinically, we found patients of ring mixed hemorrhoids have different symptoms of rectal mucosa prolapse. In order to cure the swelling of the unwell-performed ring mixed hemorrhoids, under the doctrine of the practice of anus move down, from 1999 to 2008, our department employ the techniques of rectal mueosa ligation as well as hemorrhoids internal ligation and external hemorrhoiedeetomy to treat the serious eases of severe ring mixed hemorrhoids, which proved effective in clinic. The way of curing limply rectal mueosa can effectively uphold the sinking anal pads, and the practice of hemorrhoids artery cross ligation can prevent the supply of blood for anal pads, and can ef- fectively prevent the reoccurring of hemorrhoids. Compared with PHH, it has an advantage of low price.
