十三鬼穴的临床应用及评述

Comments on the Clinical Application of 13 Ghost Points

目的:探讨并总结孙真人治疗精神异常的十三个经验效穴,亦即十三鬼穴的临床应用情况。方法:收集、整理和分析了近十年来关于十三鬼穴的临床应用和探讨其治病机理的文献。结果:古代十三鬼穴的运用仍然是多集中在对精神情志疾患的治疗上,各家从其所属经脉、所系脏腑、所在位置、所具穴性对其机理做了多方面的探讨。结论:鬼穴的应用应当根据病证扩大使用范围,且对于其特殊的针刺方法应该做以研究,以探索其有效的依据。

Objective： This article aims at reporting the present clinical application of 13 ghost acupoints which arc very effective for treatment of mental disorders. Method： Collect and analyze the literatures in the last ten years concerned. Results： The 13 ghost points are commonly used in the psychological problems in the clinic, and there are many discussions talking about relationship of these points with meridians,viserus,locations and special nature. Conclusion： expand the scope of the ap- plication according to the different syndromes, and have a deeper research on the acupuncture manipulation for better clinic effectiveness.
