摘要
为了解杭白菊挥发油有效成分,建立了全二维气相色谱-飞行时间质谱的分析方法,共鉴定出匹配度较高的化学成分280种,包括36种醇,41种酮,29种醛,19种酸,11种单萜,15种倍半萜,7种呋喃,38种烷烃,24种烯烃和16种酯等。单萜和倍半萜类物质,含量大概为28.61%,醇类占24.79%,酮类占5.12%,烷烃、烯烃类占10.54%,醛类占9.97%,酸类占5.09%,呋喃类占0.67%,其它含N化合物、含苯环化合物及醚类共占8.34%。
The essential 0ils extracted from Hangzhou white chrysanthemum were analyzed by GC x GC/TOFMS, and 280 volatile compounds were identified,including 36 alcohols, 41 ketones,29 aldehydes, 19 acids, 11 monoterpenes, 15 sesquiterpenes, 7 furans, 16 esters, 38 alkyls and 24 alkenes, their relative content was 24.79, 5.12, 9.97, 5.09, 1.99, 26.62, 0.67, 1.02, 4.96 and 5.58 percent respectively, other constituents accounted for 8.34 percent. Monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes were the main efficacious constituents, alcohols, ketones and aldehydes had good flavors.
