摘要 简述了低蛋白日粮的研究现状及其存在的问题,介绍了配制猪低蛋白日粮的技术基础(理想蛋白质理论、可消化氨基酸技术、人工合成氨基酸技术、小肽营养技术),论述了净能体系在猪低蛋白日粮配制中的作用。 This paper briefly summarized the current situation of low protein daily diet research and some existent problems, in- troduced the technological base for the preparation of low protein daily diet of pigs ( ideal protein theory, digestive amino acid technolo- gy, artificially - synthesized amino acid technology, small peptide nutrition technology), and elaborated the role of net energy system in the preparation of low protein daily diet of pigs.
