介绍了透明板材的制备工艺及对板材纱的性能要求。通过对浸润剂原材料筛选、配方设计、产品评价及用户应用试验等工作的开展进行了板材纱用浸润剂的开发,其中聚酯体系的透明板材纱用浸润剂得到了用户的认可。在浸润剂开发过程中完善了板材纱产品的性能评价方法。

Beginning with briefs on the manufacturing process of transparent panels and performance requirements for panel roving,the author reviews the development of sizing agent for panel roving through material selection,formula design, product evaluation and application tests by users. As a result, the sizing agent based on polyester system has been recognized by users. The method of evaluating the performance of panel roving has been perfected in the course of sizing agent development as well.
