摘要
介绍了板材纱的评价方法研究过程;通过分析不同的树脂用量、固化剂与促进剂比例、固化时间和固化温度对板材纱的树脂浸透速度和终态玻璃钢片白丝情况的影响,总结出透明树脂与玻纤质量比为3:1,固化剂和促进剂各为1%,能较好地评价板材纱的性能。室温(25℃)情况下固化时间达到72 h,树脂完全固化。
The study on a method for evaluating panel roving is reported. By analyzing the varied wet-out rate of panel roving and unimpregnated strands in final GRP sheets caused by different resin amount, curing agent / promotor ratio, curing time and curing temperature, it is concluded that the performance of panel roving can be better evaluated when the mass ratio between resin and fiberglass is 3:1 with addition of 1% curing agent and promoter respectively. The resin can get fully cured at room temperature (25 ℃ ) for 72 h.
